Hyeejin Bae is a visual artist from South Korea, currently based in Berlin. Her art practice deals with how our social behavior and interactions have been changed by our global digital communication networks with domains of self-identification, consumption, classification, and intimacy. She explores the psychological dynamics that are at work within each of them, with a particular focus on the attitudes that underlie our digital othering and consumption of each other.

  Bae received her Master's in Sculpture at Slade School of Fine Art, University College London(UK) in 2024 and Master's in Art Education at Korea University(KR) in 2017. Her recent exhibitions include Künstlerhaus Bethanien(Berlin, DE), Daegu Art Center(Daegu, KR), and Lewisham Art House(London, UK).
