   Hyeejin Bae is a visual artist from South Korea, currently based in Berlin. Her art practice deals with how our social behavior and interactions have been changed by our global digital communication networks with domains of self-identification, consumption, classification, and intimacy. She explores the psychological dynamics that are at work within each of them, with a particular focus on the attitudes that underlie our digital othering and consumption of each other. 

  Bae received her Master's in Sculpture at Slade School of Fine Art, University College London(UK) in 2024 and Master's in Art Education at Korea University(KR) in 2017. Her recent exhibitions include Daegu Art Center(Daegu, KR), Lewisham Art House(London, UK), Daegu Art Factory(Daegu, KR). 

  She also obtained Teacher’s Certificate, The Secondary School Teacher(GradeⅡ) of Fine Arts, Ministry of Education, Republic of Korea in 2017, Art & Culture Education Instructor(GradeⅡ), Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Republic of Korea in 2017 and Teacher’s Certificate, Practical technique Teacher of Visual arts, Ministry of Education, Republic of Korea in 2015 and had professional teaching experiences from 2015 to 2021.
